This relates to all and any of us taxpayers who:
- Did not refinance - despite sky high appraisals and industry "inducements"
- Did not "cash out" the roof from our homes
- Did not obligate ourselves to high interest consumer debt with the "free" proceeds
- Are now forced to pay the same price as those who did
